Belvedere Union Network: Pathways Forum Breakfast

The Belvedere Union is delighted to host our second breakfast network event, our Belvedere Pathways Forum, bringing together members of the Belvedere community for an inspiring morning of networking where you’ll get to hear from a number of alumni on their career journeys.
This event takes place on Wednesday 25th March 2026, from 7.30am to 9.00am, at Bird and Bird HQ, 124 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2.
Event Format
- 7.30–8.00am – Arrival, welcome coffee and networking
- 8.00–9.00am – Interview and discussion with three Belvedere founders
Our Speakers
Conor McGowan (OB 85) – Managing Director of Finance Solutions who began his career with AIB, later gaining entrepreneurial experience in his family’s business. In 1993 he joined KBC Bank Ireland, where he spent 28 years in leadership roles, helping grow its retail banking business. He brings valuable perspective on leadership, adaptability and resilience in financial services.
Thomas Arnold (OB’15) – Founder of Fearless Media, a social-first video production and creative agency. Thomas works with organisations and leadership teams to develop strategic video content that drives brand awareness and communicates complex ideas through powerful storytelling.
Brendan Murphy (OB’88) – Managing Director in the Consello Group, he advises management teams on corporate strategy, communications, government affairs and crisis management. He has worked with multinationals, state bodies and listed companies across multiple sectors. A former business representative on the National Development Plan and Vice-President of Chambers Ireland, Brendan also lectures in Strategic Communications.
The panel will be moderated by Brendan O’Brien (OB’98) our kind host at Bird & Bird.
Tickets & Registration
- Free for any Belvedere Union Members who have signed up to the new paid membership
- Free for Junior Union Members (those who left Belvedere from 2016 onwards)
- €10 for other Belvedere Union Members (all other past pupils). All ticket proceeds will go directly to the Belvedere Benevolent Association.
