The Belvedere Union is delighted to host our next Entrepreneurship Breakfast Network event, bringing together members of the Belvedere community for an inspiring morning of networking, conversation and shared experience.
This event takes place on Wednesday 25th February 2026, from 7.30am to 9.00am, at Toast HQ, 124–127 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2.
Event Format
- 7.30–8.00am – Arrival, welcome coffee and networking
- 8.00–9.00am – Interview and discussion with three Belvedere founders
Our Speakers
Rob Hoban (OB 98) Co-Founder & CEO of Offr, a leading proptech company digitising real estate transactions through transparent online offer submission and end-to-end deal management. Since founding Offr in 2019, Rob has led the business through multiple investment rounds and international expansion into the UK, South Africa and the United States.
Dave McGeady (OB’99) Founder & CEO of EarthChimp, a Dublin-based plant-based nutrition brand producing organic vegan protein powders. EarthChimp has grown into an internationally sold ecommerce business, particularly across the US and Europe, with a strong focus on wellness, sustainability and ethical production.
Niall O’Driscoll (OB’94) Co-Founder of vStream and ShineVR, founded in 2007 alongside school friend Andrew Jenkinson. The company combines creative and technical expertise to solve complex challenges for global clients across sport, automotive, technology and healthcare. ShineVR is an AI-driven immersive platform designed to help patients reduce and manage chronic pain and co-morbidities. Clients include McLaren and Mercedes F1, the Super Bowl, SAP, AMD, Dell, Pfizer and Novartis.

- Free for Belvedere Union Members who have signed up to the new paid membership
- Free for Junior Union Members (those who left Belvedere from 2016 onwards)
- €10 for other Belvedere Union Members. All ticket proceeds will go directly to the Belvedere Benevolent Association.
